 END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between
you ("User") and Dmitry Sidorov, the author and licensor of the
Software ("Licensor"). By installing, copying, accessing, or using the
Software, you agree to this EULA. If you do not agree, do not use the
 Software.

For current contact details and postal address, please refer to the
 Licensor's websites listed above.

 0. DEFINITIONS

"Consumer" means a User acting outside their trade, business, craft,
 or profession.

"Business User" means a User acting within their trade, business,
craft, or profession, including use by or for an organization.

"Commercial Use" means use of the Software (a) in business or
professional activity, (b) to provide services to others, or (c) for
 compensation or other business advantage.

"Data Recovery Services" means performing data recovery, diagnostics,
or similar services for third parties in the course of business,
including as part of IT/repair/maintenance services. Recovering data
only for your own internal needs is not "Data Recovery Services".

"OS Family" means an operating system platform (for example: Windows,
 macOS, Linux, DOS).

"License Copy" (or "License") means one licensing seat (not a file
copy). If the number of License Copies is not specified, you are
 granted one (1) License Copy.

 1. GRANT OF LICENSE

 1.0. EDITION AND LICENSE COPIES

Your rights depend on the Edition (license type), supported OS
families, and the number of License Copies. The "About" box (Software
"Help" menu) shows the Edition, number of License Copies, and
expiration date. If no expiration date is specified, there is no time
 limit.

 1.1. FREE EDITION

For the Free Edition, only paragraphs 0, 1.1, 5, 6, and 7 apply.

You may use the Free Edition only for non-commercial purposes (not for
Commercial Use), including by charitable organizations, for education,
and for evaluation. The Free Edition allows recovery of up to 4000
files per request from the active file panel (from the selected
 directory, without nested directories).

You may distribute unmodified Free Edition copies only if obtained
from the Licensor or the Licensor's websites; keys/components of other
Editions are not included; and the origin, authorship, and this EULA
are provided clearly to the end user. Free Edition may be included in
 free or paid packages.

 1.2. PAID EDITIONS

 1.2.1. "EXPRESS" AND "PERSONAL"

Personal, non-commercial use only. Business Users may not use these
Editions, and any Commercial Use is prohibited.

 1.2.2. "STANDARD"

Personal use and internal business use only. Business Users that offer
Data Recovery Services to third parties may not use the Software under
 the "Standard" Edition.

 1.2.3. "PROFESSIONAL"

Commercial use is permitted, including providing Data Recovery
 Services.

 1.3. RUNNING AND STORAGE

You may run as many concurrent instances of the Software as the number
of License Copies you are granted; running on additional computers
requires additional License Copies and is subject to activation rules
 in paragraph 2.

You may create and store up to two (2) additional file copies of the
Software beyond the number of License Copies, including backups. One
stored copy may include multiple versions in one data store.

 2. ACTIVATION

Activation unlocks the full functionality of the Software. During
activation, a code identifying the hardware or portable device is sent
to the Licensor's activation services to obtain an activation code.
This is used for license validation and anti-abuse protection. For
privacy information, please refer to the Licensor's websites.

Unless stated otherwise, the limits in this paragraph 2 apply per
License Copy. If activation is blocked under this paragraph 2, you may
contact the Licensor to request manual review for legitimate cases,
 subject to anti-fraud checks.

With a "1-OS" license, you may activate only Software versions for the
OS Family selected during the first activation. A "Multi-OS" license
allows activation for different OS families.

After license expiry, you may continue to run the Software only in the
same environment in which it was activated, but support, reactivation,
and functionality guarantees will no longer be provided.

 2.1. STATIONARY ACTIVATION

Stationary activation binds a License Copy to a computer hardware
configuration. Activation may be automatically blocked if you change
more than three (3) hardware configurations per 12-month period per
License Copy. CPU or motherboard changes, or additional
virtualization, count as hardware changes; other environment changes
may also require reactivation. Manual review is available as described
 in paragraph 2.

2.2. PORTABLE ACTIVATION ("PROFESSIONAL" EDITION ONLY)

Portable activation binds a License Copy to a connected portable
device, allowing use on different computers while the device is
connected. Activation may be automatically blocked if you bind a
License Copy to more than three (3) devices per 12-month period.
Manual review is available as described in paragraph 2.

2.3. ONE-TIME ACTIVATION ("PROFESSIONAL" EDITION ONLY)

Using one-time passwords, you may additionally run the Software up to
five (5) times per month on different computers per License Copy.

 3. SOFTWARE UPDATES

Updates may require acceptance of a new license agreement for that
version. If you do not accept the new agreement, you may continue to
use the version you already have under the terms that applied to it,
subject to license expiration and support status.

You may also use earlier versions under this EULA. Newer versions are
subject to their own terms if presented. Hardware identification may
differ between versions and may affect activation limits under
 paragraph 2.

 4. SOFTWARE UPGRADES

An upgrade changes the licensed set, the number of License Copies, or
the Edition. After an upgrade, the new agreement supersedes the
previous one, and you may no longer use keys or components from the
 previous license.

 5. OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS; TERMINATION

You may not use the Software except as permitted by law, this EULA,
and any additional agreements with the Licensor. You may not create
derivative works, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or
otherwise study the Software code, or sell, rent, lease, or sublicense
the Software, except where applicable law permits.

This EULA remains effective until terminated. The Licensor may
terminate it if you materially breach and do not cure within a
reasonable time after notice (where cure is possible). Upon
termination, you must stop using the Software and destroy all copies
 in your possession or control.

 6. LIMITED WARRANTY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Software and documentation are provided "as is", without warranty
of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties
of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-
infringement. You assume all risk of use and performance.

Consumers: you may have mandatory statutory rights, and liability may
not be limited or excluded, to the extent required by applicable law.
Nothing in this EULA affects those rights.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Licensor is not
liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or
punitive damages arising out of use of, or inability to use, the
Software (including data loss, loss of profits, business interruption,
or loss of privacy), even if advised of the possibility.

Business users: to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the
Licensor's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the
Software or this EULA shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the
license giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months
preceding the event giving rise to liability.

 7. GOVERNING LAW, JURISDICTION, AND SEVERABILITY

Consumers: this paragraph 7 does not override mandatory consumer rules
 on jurisdiction.

Business users: this EULA is governed by the laws of Spain, excluding
conflict of laws rules. The courts of the Licensor's place of
establishment in Spain shall have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes
 arising under this EULA.

If any provision of this EULA is held unenforceable, the remaining
 provisions will remain in effect.
