Except for the specified services this site itself does not use cookies for your identification and tracking your personality.

When you are making paid orders you are redirected to a service web-site which is responsible for order processing and you accept its privacy policy by submitting the order. To proceed with the removal of your data associated with your order and license you should as well contact the corresponding service. For their contacts, please see the section Payment Processing. Please take into account the support of your license won't be possible after removal.
Refund Policy
Please note that refunds are not possible after the license has been activated. Before activating, you should try recovering the necessary files using the free version and make sure that they can be opened (as advised on the Buy page). Activation allows you to recover all found files and folders at once; however, some files may be damaged. Data recovery software is not a time machine, so it does not guarantee recovery of everything that was ever on the disk.
Refunds for non-activated licenses are possible within 30 days from the date of purchase by submitting the refund request with your order number at the DMDE Support page or requesting the ordering service.

Uninstall Software
To uninstall software just remove the extracted files and directories as software works without installation into a system (see Installation and Run for details)
