Programa excelente, cumpre com extrema eficiência o que propõe, indispensável.
Creio que o que falta pra se tornar referência em massa, seja uma "denominação" mais marcante, que fique gravada na memória do usuário, pois, com certeza, quem o utiliza, vai também indica-lo a outros.

DON'T have it automatically set itself to save logs to THE PARTITION THAT IS HAVING DATE RECOVERED FROM IT

The language you use in the program is largly unpractical. Like you had something to prove making this application to try to make it for only those with the most tech savvy lexicon.
There is a reason your company is undervalued; your customer service sucks. Your application has the GUI of a pre90s computer. This program as it is, is not worth more than $20.
Fix your program or live with the reality that you are scamming people.

UI is terrible

I had 14 T on two drives in an external enclosure. Out of the blue (no warning) it went blank. When I removed them they both showed in Windows as unallocated needing formatting for use. No way. I tried another (the most prominent site) program that showed some of the data. But when I used the paid version all I recovered was gibberish.Then I discovered DMDE. Super. I had unmentionable important stuff on there.
Of course I still need new drives for the recovery but then I can save the old ones for plug in backups. I have most of it backed up on the cloud and local via Macrium but not all. Time to revisit my backup strategies. DMDE is the only recovery software that I've ever found to actually work. Regards.

I was able to recover most of the missing photos in my SD card using DMDE. DMDE is a very useful software.

I have a Western Digital NAS PL4100, with two disks in RAID 1. When one of the disks failed, I replaced the broken disk but the RAID state kept saying "degraded". When I replaced the second disk, both disks got erased. I attached the single original working disk to my Linux machine, but I wasn't able to access the data (restored the raid with mdadm, but no filesystem was found). Then in a search for help I stumbled upon this recovery software. It was able to recover photos but the extfs was recognized as well and I was able to access and recover all the content I was missing. Thanks a lot!

I think I have been using this program for about 10 years now. Am on my third subscription, the last two stayed valid way past the end date. I cannot tell you how many Tb i have recovered for myself and others. I cannot thank the people behind this awesome product enough.

This is just a very positive comment to the tool!
my error was: cleared with 'diskpart' all partitiontable entries,
but it was the wrong drive i selected.
tried a lot of tools (like .... and .... a. o.),
but they where not able to restore original folder/file-names or restore original date and time of folders/files.
DMDE found the MFT's of 2 NTFS partitions and recovered 4 TB (!) of folders and files with correct name and date/time, thumbs up!
a tool i bought and i will allways prefer.
