When you are making paid orders you are redirected to a service web-site which is responsible for order processing and you accept its privacy policy by submitting the order. To proceed with the removal of your data associated with your order and license you should as well contact the corresponding service. For their contacts, please see the section Payment Processing. Please take into account the support of your license won't be possible after removal.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of data recovery software, successful recovery of specific files is not guaranteed. Before activating a license, users should test recovery of necessary files using the free version and verify whether and how the files can be opened and read, as described on the Buy page, in order to make an informed purchase decision. Activation enables recovery of all found files and folders at once; however, files (some or all) may be missing or corrupted due to overwriting, disk inaccessibility, read errors or failures, or TRIM and similar garbage-collection mechanisms used by modern storage devices.
Refunds for activated licenses are not available, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws or if the software itself fails to function as described. Refunds are not provided based solely on unsuccessful or incomplete data recovery results. Refunds for non-activated licenses may be requested within 30 days of purchase.
Refund requests must be submitted with the order number via the DMDE Support page or the ordering service used for the purchase. Depending on the selected ordering service, additional refund terms may apply in accordance with the PayPro Refund Policy (PayPro support), 2Checkout Refund Policy (2Checkout support).
Uninstall Software
To uninstall software just remove the extracted files and directories as software works without installation into a system (see Installation and Run for details)
